After graduating from UCLA and sharpening his skills within the financial services industry at Northwestern Mutual for nearly three years, Michael decided to venture into the entrepreneurial world. In 2009, he co-founded Swift Chip, alongside his business partner, Ken May. The company was born from the unique combination of Michael’s passion for people and Ken’s extensive technological know-how. Their mission? To transform IT from a business burden into an indispensable business asset by taking the “SH” out of IT.

When he’s not busy taking the “SH” out of IT, Michael enjoys time with his large family and circle of friends, taking in live music, and supporting the arts. He also sometimes finds himself imagining how many more Championships the Dodgers and Lakers could have won had they sought his advice on crucial decisions. After breaking a sweat in the gym, playing pickup hoops, or on the local hiking trails, Michael enjoys treating himself with tacos of all sorts. And when Michael’s curiosity isn’t getting him into something new and exciting, he’s perfecting the art of the weekend nap, a pursuit he takes quite seriously.
