As Operations Manager at Swift Chip, Toluallii Nielsen oversees the Project, Service Technician, Dispatch, and Technology teams. His responsibilities include ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of service requests, managing inter-team and client communications, and implementing training programs and internal tool deployments. He is also dedicated to enhancing client outcomes by optimizing processes and leveraging advanced technologies.
Toluallii’s passion for technology was inspired by his grandparents’ work in air defense and the U.S. Space Program. He began his career as a lab assistant at a community college in Ventura, California, where his curiosity about system architecture led him from working on desktops to server systems. After earning his degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Tech in Oxnard in 2005, graduating as Valedictorian, he started his professional journey with a Value Added Reseller (VAR), gaining experience across diverse client environments.
Throughout his tenure at Swift Chip, Toluallii has been instrumental in rebuilding internal processes, structuring data for improved utilization, reducing QA processing times, and redefining technician tiers to enhance accountability. He is particularly passionate about integrating automation with AI enhancements to streamline operations and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Toluallii holds an active CompTIA Security+ certification and is committed to continuous learning in the ever-evolving IT landscape.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Toluallii is an avid “maker” hobbyist, engaging in 3D printing, woodworking, and baking. He frequently visits Disneyland, drawing inspiration from its intricate designs and atmosphere, which he applies to both his work and personal life
